Here is a guide for Fetch FTP.

1. Launch Fetch Application.
2. Enter 'Host Name' - ftp.basingapore.com.
3. Enter 'User ID' - to be assigned by Bright Arts Graphics ( s ) Pte Ltd.
4. Enter 'Password' - Password assigned by Bright Arts Graphics ( s ) Pte Ltd.
5. Upon successful connection, a new pop-up window will be opened.
6. For uploading, drag the specific file from Your Harddisk into the pop-up window.
7. To download, drag the file to Your Harddisk.
